3 With
this in mind, since I myself have carefully investigated everything from the
beginning, I too decided to write an orderly account for you, most
excellent Theophilus, 4 so that you may know the
certainty of the things you have been taught. Luke 1:3-4 NIV
It was never my
intention for you to walk through life confused and disoriented. When Adam and Eve violated my instructions
our line of communication was broken.
For the first time in their lives the felt the fear of uncertainty. They could no longer hear the sound of my
heart beat of love for them, even though I called to them with the same warm
tone.
Sin opened the
flood gate of voices vying for prominence of what is right and wrong. My whisper became indistinguishable for those
I desired so much to express my love.
For those who sought me, I let them find me. For those who were hungry for more of my love
for them, I fed them abundantly. I want
to be found by you, and I want you to know where to look for me.
I gave to Moses
my laws and commandments. To the
prophets I spoke plainly in dreams and visions.
These words were written in order that you may know and have certainty
about eternal life. My words can be a
light for your path, guiding you as a flashlight for your next step in your
journey. My words are always right and
trustworthy. Grow in your confidence of
following me as you acknowledge me in all of your ways and lean not on your own
understanding.
Finally, I put
an exclamation point on the sound of my voice, when I gave you my Spirit. He will take all of my words to lead and
guide you into all truth. He will never
leave you and His voice is sure and unchanging.
He constantly reveals the love and sacrifice of my Son for you. Through my Spirit the lines of communication
have been upgraded to speak Spirit to your spirit. Everyone can know for certainty the truth of
who I am and what I desire with the agreement of my Word and my whisper. My Son calls you by name and you follow him
into green pastures where you soul can be restored.
Whispers from
your Father, God
