I seem to have so much trouble

Trying to determine what to do

I want to be more holy

That’s what God wants to

It’s not the number of choices

To know which one is right

It’s to know which is the best

That I need some more insight

It’s not about wrong and right

Or to follow the don’t and do’s

There’s an easier way to help me     

To know which way to choose

Love is the answer I’ve found

It makes the decisions clear

God helps me choose the best

From your Word it’s what  hear

For love moves the conversation

To a desire to please the other

It takes the focus off of me

How can I bless another

If my decision is not pure

If my decision is not clean

I will not move in that direction

Till God’s approval can be seen

God you are committed to me

Help me to grow in your love

Help me to choose what is best
