Days will be shortened

 20 In fact, unless the Lord shortens that time of calamity, not a single person will survive. But for the sake of his chosen ones he has shortened those days. Mark 13

We have no idea how much we will feel helpless and out of control when the end is coming.  
We are thankful that God will shorten the number of days of calamity.  Many will be so angry at God for the pain that will be suffered.  Yet God is a righteous judge.  He has told us everything before it happens so that we can trust that He is always in control of the final outcome for our lives.
